What is PartnerPlusBenefit

PartnerPlusBenefit is a complimentary bonus program for companies (mainly for small to medium-sized businesses), which was created by the Lufthansa Group. Companies collect points for their employees’ business trips, which they can then use for various benefits and to reduce their travel expenses.

The principle is easy:
you fly as a company → you collect points → you exchange points for benefits

The program is meant for companies that don’t have a large corporate contract with an airline, but they still want to reap the benefits from regular travel. The advantage is that clients who book via Smartterminal – our reservation system, don’t have to worry about anything, and the points are automatically credited to their account.

The program PartnerPlusBenefit allows companies to:

• collect points for your business trips
• reduce the cost of business travel
• redeem bonus flights, upgrades and other services
• collect points in addition to employees’ personal miles
• join the program without any fees 

How does the program work

1. The company registers for the program free of charge, or is registered by Fractal, s.r.o.
2. Employees fly on business trips.
3. BenefitPoints for flights are credited to the companies account via our Smartterminal reservation system.
4. The company can redeem the points for various travel benefits

A major advantage is that:

• the company collects BenefitPoints,
• the traveling employee can simultaneously collect their personal miles through the Miles & More program.

Airlines involved in the program

Points can be collected on the flights of Lufthansa Group and their affiliated  airlines, for example:

• Lufthansa
• Austrian Airlines
• SWISS International Air Lines
• Brussels Airlines
• Eurowings

and also with some partner carriers, such as:

Air Canada, Singapore Airlines, United Airlines, Air China.

What benefits does the company receive:

• Reduce travel costs

The collected points can be redeemed for example for:

• bonus flight tickets 
• upgrades to a higher class (e.g., Business Class)
  
  This allows for a reduction in the overall cost of business trips.

• And other travel benefits

Points can also be used for various services during the trip, for example: 

• reservation of a seat 
• overweight baggage
• lounge access 
• internet on-board (FlyNet)
• VIP services at the airport
• purchase of the eko-friendly fuel

• Flexible use of points

The company can use the points in various ways:

• Benefit Free Flight – bonus flight tickets 
• Cash & Points – the combination of points and money for flight ticket purchases
• upgrades and travel services 

• The points are valid for 3 years

The points are valid 3 years, so they can be used even with infrequent travel.
